Hearty welcome to the Department of Engineering Chemistry at Cauvery institute of Technology, Mandya leading to a course of bachelor’s degree in Engineering courses was started in the year 2014. The Department of Chemistry is catering to the needs of students of all the disciplines of engineering imparting the knowledge in Chemistry, Material Chemistry and Environmental studies. The Department is a vibrant place with well-equipped and spacious laboratories with good infrastructure. We have a very favorable faculty-to-student ratio, which encourages close contact between students and their faculty mentors. Well qualified faculty members are engaged in teaching and research activities with a strong motivation and commitment. Staff members will always strive to advance their knowledge and level of competence for achieving further excellence by organizing/attending seminars, conferences and workshops. The faculty members also engage extensively in outreach, community development activities and also enjoy participating in sports and cultural activities.
